Shipping Policy

We want the parts to get to you as fast as possible!

All products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Customer's are responsible for shipping fees and any customs incurred. All domestic couriers are done using Courier Guy. Delivery can be expected, domestically, between 1 and 5 days. Collections can be arranged by appointment at any of our location points.

All products not in stock will be refunded or, if stock is arriving soon, you may choose to wait and your order will be fulfilled as soon as stock has been processed.

Custom-made products, imported-by-request products and further items of the same nature do not have a specified delivery time and we will not be held liable for any unexpected delays caused by the courier.

We are not responsible for any damages or costs incurred by fitment centers, courier services and third party services. Liability options are available through our chosen courier service at an additional cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your order has been delivered, you have 7 days during which you may return the product. The refund is subject to an inspection carried out by Fiber Fanatics to ensure that there are no damages or defects to our products. In the event of damages/defects, the refund is not applicable and we will not restock the part. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and customs. All returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No refunds applicable for any items that have been fitted, used or damaged in any form. Returns are not applicable on any custom-made orders such as custom steering wheels, modules, lips, skirts, diffusers, hoods, trunk lids, lights, etc.

To qualify for any return or refund, you must provide the product in its original, unused condition with the original packaging.

Cancelling orders

Once an order has been placed on our website, you have 1 hour to cancel the order. Please do so, urgently, by contacting our team on +27 76 257 4145 or on FiberFanaticsSa@gmail.com .

After an hour has passed since the time of order, it is likely that your order has already been processed. At this point, your order cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Fiber Fanatics is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. If packages are claimed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the courier company. We provide all tracking information as soon as a courier has been booked. We will not refund any lost or stolen items.
