SECTION 8 - ORDERS

By placing the order at fiberfanatics.shop, the customer explicitly agrees to the Terms of Service and specifically but not limited to the following: 

• Custom made items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. 

• Orders for custom made items cannot be cancelled after one hour of placing the order.

• Orders for items in stock cannot be cancelled after 24 hours OR once they are shipped. Whichever happens first. 

• Fiber Fanatics will NOT accept returns for products that are opened, installed, painted on, tampered with, used or damaged in any way. Items must be in the same condition as they were delivered in. 

• Customer is ultimately responsible for selecting the right product based on the fitment information provided on the website.

• Fiber Fanatics neither takes any responsibility nor accepts any liability for any damage that occurs during installation unless the installation is explicitly covered or carried out by Fiber Fanatics. 

• Images on the website are taken in various environments and settings. Images are of real products and real cars. Custom made products by nature may differ slightly from the picture and 5-10% of variation is acceptable in custom made products. Customers must contact Fiber Fanatics to report any major differences and these incidents will be handled on a case by case basis.

• All returns must be initiated to FiberFanaticsSa@gmail.com and customer must wait for approval to send the product back before shipping it. Fiber Fanatics will not be responsible if items are lost in transit and there will be no compensation provided in such cases. 

• Fiber Fanatics cooperates with Law Enforcement and reserves the right to report any unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment method to local authorities of Shipping & Billing address. 

• To ensure fastest turnaround time, customers must promptly respond to queries that are sent to them. Orders can be put on hold if no answer is received from the customer thereby voiding the shipping timeline. 

• In case of an approved return, Fiber Fanatics reserves the right to charge 20% as restocking fee.
